Remove existing deck & stair structure
Build new 12’ x 9’ deck with two set of stairs
At customers request stair rise will not be more than 7” to accommodate her elderly mother
Deck Materials:
Timber Tech Twin finish composite decking
Timber Tech colored match band board
Railings by Phoenix manufacturing, White PVC railings with aluminum insert to provide extra stability
Privacy pergola on side of deck structure
Versatex white PVC stair kick plates
1 ½” grab rail

The customer’s mother was having trouble walking up these stairs.
Over time the ground has settled and the deck has moved causing unsafe gaps in the deck boards
Our mission is to build a new safe maintenance free deck with 1 ½” gab rails on either side of steps
